The specific scope, timeline, fees, acceptance criteria and intellectual property arrangements of any engagement are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Rensai Labs name and mark, layout and source code — is owned by Rensai Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Ownership of deliverables created during a client engagement is determined by the applicable service agreement. As a rule, we transfer ownership of the custom work product to the client upon full payment, while retaining rights to our pre-existing tools, know-how and generic components.

We treat information shared with us in the course of pre-sales discussions and projects as confidential and disclose it only to team members who need it. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions begin — either yours or ours.
