Context
The client is one of the leading IT integrators and official 1C partner in Uzbekistan, operating in the business automation market since 2016. In addition to IT solutions, the company also runs cross-border logistics, handling oversized cargo between Uzbekistan and China.
Objective
The goal was to modernize the client’s logistics infrastructure by building a scalable freight management platform and replacing legacy software that had begun to limit operational capabilities.
- Digitize freight search and booking through a tender platform where carriers compete for orders.
- Replace the unstable application with a fault-tolerant platform supporting 500+ concurrent users.
- Provide a direct communication channel with drivers through a mobile solution.
- Create a system the client’s in-house team can maintain and scale independently.
Methodology
Rensai Labs chose Scrum so that the client could see every step of the development process in real time. Regular functionality demonstrations ensured full transparency and allowed the client to quickly adjust the process when needed.
